Your fees are payable monthly for monthly or quarterly work or annually prior to the commencement of the annual work.
Accounting
Audits are only required for companies whose turnover exceeds £6.5m or balance sheet total of £3.26m. As always our focus is on how you can run a better business and save tax. We encourage clients to have monthly accounts, business plans and to meet with Alan Solomons at least quarterly to review progress as discussed in our Business Development section.
In doing this work we always try to find ways of offering suggestions that may save you tax or help improve your business.
Planning for success
For businesses that are beyond the small sole trader, we encourage you to have monthly management accounts. All business are also encouraged to have a written business plan. Assistance with this is available on request.
