instructions. We want the system to be as straightforward as possible for
you, the end user. ACCESSING THE SYSTEM From the link on the client page, sign in by entering your user name and password as supplied by Alan Solomons: ![]() UPLOADING FILES You should then go straight into your own private file upload area as follows. If there is an "invalid password" message, use your back button and try again. MULTIPLE FILES If you are on the file upload screen shown, if you want to add more than one file at a time, click the button that says "Add another file?" Each click will add another box, until you have enough boxes for your files (max 7). To select the file you want to send, click the "choose" button, and navigate to the file you want to send on your computer. When all the files you want to send have been selected, click "begin upload". NOTE: If you want to send multiple files, each box MUST have a file selected. When they have uploaded, there will be a screen saying upload was successful. ![]() CHECKING FILES, DELETING & DOWNLOADING Click "Download files" to see the files on the system, or to download or delete files. ![]() To download a file, just right click and "Save target as" To delete a file, click its tick box, and select "delete" in the "Actions Menu" pulldown, then click "go". YOUR ACCOUNT To make changes to your account, click "My Account". ![]() If you click "Edit user info", this just contains password details and email details: ![]() NOTE THAT IF YOU MAKE CHANGES HERE, YOU SHOULD LOG OUT AFTERWARDS AND QUIT YOUR BROWSER BEFORE GOING BACK INTO THE SYSTEM TO UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD AGAIN. |
